My professional background is in general and mental health nursing. Prior to Shropshire, I was working as a CPN in Bath. My basic counselling training is person centred but I have recently completed further CBT training. Consequently, I am now using a more integrated approach in my work. I live in the countryside with my husband, two young sons and our lovely dog.
