NEW BOOK 2010 -'Psychology in the Real World:Community-based groupwork' was recently launched at The Gateway, Shrewsbury, an event attended by over 80 people. The book includes chapters written by local people who have been members of and, alongside main author Guy Holmes, have co-facilitated Psychology in the Real World groups. The book has been favourably reviewed by nationally prominent psychologists and psychaitrists. It is written in every-day language and would be relevant to anyone has an interest in psychology, groups and groupwork
