I have a diploma in counselling which included the study of three counselling models, psychodynamic, person centred and transactional analysis. I continue to study, attend training courses and workshops and attend self-development workshops.

With the aim of meeting individual client’s counselling needs, I use an integrative approach, drawing from various models of counselling.
