4. Where is the Liaison Mental Health Service based? Although coordinated by the Department of Psychological Therapies within Shropshire's Community & Mental Health Services NHS Trust, the service is based locally in Telford and Shrewsbury at the two district general hospitals. Both clinical nurse specialists have office accommodation close to the ward environments so that staff can have easy access.
