I qualified as an RMN in 1991 and have undertaken numerous training courses, including the Confide 3-years Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling- this being my primary focus when working with clients. I do try to fit the model with the client. More recently, due to a change in policy I have completed a course in Brief Therapy.

My work at Chaddeslode consists of counselling clients and supervising various members of staff. I also work for the staff counselling service as I believe it is important to be able to offer support and help to staff who may be unable to work, or for whatever reason need help to stay in work.
