I am qualified in Psychodynamic Counselling and am able to draw upon a variety of psychological and therapeutic models and adapt these to the needs of individual clients.
I am married with two grown-up children. I am interested in the arts and in outdoor pursuits especially hill and mountain walking.
I was drawn to the caring professions and trained initially as a Mental Health Nurse and have over 25 years experience in the NHS.
