Counsellor Training: Diploma in Humanistic Counselling.
Current Training: MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy.

I have previously worked as a counsellor with Cancer patients and with women abuse survivors.

I work mainly within a humanistic framework but also use many ideas and beliefs from many other sources to inform my understanding of the human condition and ways in which people relate to each other.

I am currently especially interested in
the relationship between psychological distress and physical illness
coping strategies
the use of metaphor and imagery
using myself more creatively within the therapeutic process.
