I was born and bred in Shropshire, and returned here to live and work in 1991, after qualifying.
I am one of the facilitators in the Hearing Voices group in Radbrook.

I mostly use a person-centred approach in therapy but I'll admit to influences from psychodynamic schools of thought and many others. I gained a certificate in person-centred art therapy in 2002 and also like using creative writing in therapy.

I currently have supervision from several valuable sources, including Vivien Lewis and Craig
Newnes, as well as from a group of peers with a particular interest in working with people diagnosed with psychosis.

I don't get passionate that often in public but when I do, it's usually about discovery, turning over abusive systems, people regaining their power, the pleasure of finding a way to express oneself.
