I have a diploma in counselling which included the study of three counselling models, psychodynamic, person centred and transactional analysis. I aim to meet my clients needs by drawing on all my knowledge in an integrative fashion to best suit their needs.

I am commited to ongoing personal and professional development keeping myself current and challenged. I have a particular interest between the link of well-being and disease and how this affects our minds and bodies.
